Hey Katelyn! I know you got eliminated, but I cried when it happened! You’re so strong and I have every one of your performances! I love you!!!!!! Your voice is amazing and “The Scientist” performance you did was the best idol performance EVER!!! You should’ve stayed. Love you!!!!!

This is long overdue:
I am not a lover or a believer of American Idol-I think the concept of the show is okay, but when it comes to the votes, I think “America” has a hard time differentiating between who they think sounds good which is based on what they hear on the radio which is computerized and digitally altered, and what is actual raw talent. You are the actual raw talent and I’m just sorry that enough people can’t see that.
I just happened to flip on the show during the episode where you played piano and sang “The Scientist” and got tears in my eyes it was so beautiful. I could hear the emotion in your voice, and you I loved your version SO much that I bought it off of itunes! I have been listening to you sing that song over and over since then, and get so upset everytime I hear it that you were voted off.
You have an amazing voice-please keep trying, I would love to hear more of you!!

p.s. sorry if this post seems creepy or over the top-I am not usually this outspoken, but I am a singer myself and I just can’t get past the bull of American Idol-your vote off just reinforces everything that I hate about that show!
